I have been using Kebroak charcoal for the last couple of years. Here in Miami we grill often and every now and then we do a whole hog in the caja china. One day I picked up a pig from the butcher and outside there were some trucks offering charcoal and I bought the big Kebroak bag for the first time. It worked great and we were really happy with it, so i have come back to keep buying it. We use it for roasting the whole hog and everyday grilling. The key is to just use a small amount, with time you learn how it works, as it lights very quickly and burns very hot ... i now only grill with gloves because my fingers kept getting too hot to turn the meat.
