when an mppt controller was minimum 200$ ? this is a great little box. hooks up easy does what it says its gonna do .used it with the 100 watt renogy panel , the cobra 150 watt inverter and a walmart maxx size 29 marine battery and it makes for a sweet little off grid unit that works great and is CHEAP, comparatively .all for under 325$, including wire, hardware and 12 volt fuse panel.nice thing about this unit is there is no need for the extra fuse between panel and controller, its built in.runs tv and dvd player, and charges other aaa-d batteries ,power tool batteries etc.has push typ reset button instead of internal auto reset.# 10 wire fits just right in connectors.make sure you use the wire rated for solar ,it is uv treated and a little more flexible than regular stranded #10.
