The cable was received in a timely manner but missing the "Sealing Collar" which is clearly shown in the advertisement for this cord. Numerous calls were always greeted with an answering machine at Conntek. There was never the courtesy of any call being returned. Problem with the missing `sealing collar' is that I cannot connect this cord to an additional cord without it.

UPDATE: Amazon's feedback and 'reviews" seem to work. Got a message from the vendor that supplied the cable with a diffwerent contact number and a name to call. Tony immediatly sent the missing collar by 1st class mail. I also note that the 'missing collar' is no longer shown on the web advertisment. Only 4 stars due to agravation and time wasted getting the complete order. RV cord is great.
