I must give the Chinese credit. They are masters at making products cheaply. The first one I got was defective with the internal regulator mount loose. This made connecting and disconnecting the regulator very difficult. Amazon replaced the defective stove very quickly. After 5+ years shopping with Amazon I have been fairly dealt with.

The stove is very powerful as others have written. The design is pleasing to the eye and it functions well as intended. The wind screens hook into the lid which I prefer over the Coleman style bobby pin method. The controls and piping seem very solid and light up the stove without problem. The burners are stainless steel and very substantial. The burner wind screens protect the burners from moderate gusts. The wind was blowing 3-5 mph when I first tested it. Be aware they will rust with time given the high heat exposure. The instructions are printed on both sides of one sheet of glossy paper. They are mostly CYA warnings. A pink warning slip is also in the box.

All the screws that hold the upper spill plate to the lower frame are zinc coated steel not stainless. The rivets are aluminum. The 16psi regulator is glued together at the joints. Given my experience with Chinese plastics I don't see the regulator lasting more than a few years if that. I expect it to be difficult to impossible to replace. The first regulator had some significant corrosion that I had to carefully clean off. Most of the sharp edges from stamping the sheet steel are sanded down, but no more that absolutely required. Some of the edges are not carefully deburred and can cut you. The silk screened logo was poorly done on both stoves I got. The instructions printed inside the lid says 2X800 to 2X10000 btu but, the box says 50,000 btu total. I haven't done real testing to confirm either, but I can tell the stove is much more powerful than a smaller 10,000 btu stove I own. A screw that holds down the spill plate is right above the handle on the bottom which can easily cut your finger.

Overall, the biggest problem is quality control in manufacturing. It is a typical disposable Chinese product made to last a year or so with moderate use. The only concern I have with the design is that there is no good place to store the regulator. It must be tied to the grate to keep it from banging around inside when the stove is closed. I bought this stove because I need a stove more powerful than my Coleman 424. This fits the requirements barely. It's the most powerful portable stove I could find. When it breaks I'll look for another. Hopefully someone can make a good portable propane stove by then. Its best application is a powerful portable propane stove for minimal to moderate use.
