Always wanted a food umbrella - I hate flies. had this one in my basket for months before deciding on purchasing. The umbrella does not lay flat on the table when in use, there are spaces on each side between the table and the umbrella...therefore flies can get in. To use I actually have to lay down two table towels, put the food in dish to the centre of the towels, cover with the umbrella, then fold the towels back onto the umbrella sides to cover the spaces on either side (4).
