Reallly 4.5 stars. Bought as a tool for my boat, but have used it out sledding, and even when we went shopping outdoors. The data tracks very closley with published information for the areas I am in. The only downside is that the nitevision cannot be detected unless you are in VERY low light situations, but I have never not been able to read the information
