The generator seems to be ok, although I haven't really tested it yet. It is not very quiet so if you want low noise get a Honda. The real problem with this brand is their customer service. I have emailed them 4 times about some minor problems but I have never heard from them. I also called them 5 or 6 times and was able to talk to the technician only twice. He was going to call me back the same day but I haven't heard from him yet (3 days later). Lifan, has only one customer service for all of the US. I was told they employ 8 people. Not very good service for all their distribution points.
