I'll start out by saying I am not a big smoker fan. I bought my husband a Masterbuilt electric smoker for our anniversary last year and starting playing with it. I can't stand mesquite at all so we decided to try apple - hoping the smokey taste would be to my liking. These wood chips are excellent!
