it works but do not expect to you any larger wire then 10awg unless you cut some strands off to get it to fit. 10awg will get hot even at a shot distance with max in and out.. I had to use a terminal block to adapt larger wire wire to this useing a short 10awg then bumping it up to 8awg. Im not useing the timer function i really have to use for it. But one thing is for sure for the price you really cant beat it.
The casing is no heatsink it is all plastic i thought maybe the back plate would be an aluminum plate for a heatsink but it is plastic i may take it apart and see what i can do with it to get better cooling and maybe better performance out of it for the price of the unit its affordable to play around with to improve.
