3rd Review: (Update) We received the new grid tie inverter in the mail within less than a week and our system is up and running again without any problems. It is a great system and we would recommend it to anyone. Our kids are even helping us more to turn out lights and unplug electrical devices when not in use and there have been times when our power meter has started running backwards. Awesome feeling!

2nd Review: Just as an update to the first review, we emailed Ensupra and told them our problem with the tie inverter and then wrote back the same day telling us that they are sending a new unit out immediately... I will follow up with a 3rd Review when it comes and we have it hooked up and running. To be continued...

1st Review: First of all, our order did not come with the tie inverter like it advertised and so we had to call in to notify them and then wait for it to be shipped afterward. And now since we've received it, it hasn't worked right since the first day we hooked it up. At first we couldn't get it to work and then when we did it quit after a few days and has cycled on and off working ever since. Now it won't work at all and we are in the process of asking for a replacement. If they are good to replace it quickly and it works with out stopping all the time, we will change our review. Besides all of that, it is a great kit!
