I bought this right angle IEC power cord for installing a wall mounted lcd 23" tv set. The 6 foot cord that came with the TV had some problems like comming straight out of the set where very little space is available. With the right hand turn on this it goes directly into a wiremold cover that sticks to the wall and is hidden from view. The extra 2 feet make it to the wall outlet which the factory cable would not do. Be sure to zoom in on the photo to see which direction the cord exits before buying this model. For my install it was perfect in length and the right angle kept the space.

The price is a tad high around usd 10 dollars but it is 8 feet long which for my install makes it all come together. This is the nice part about iec cables for power - its a standard that fits many power cables. Also FYI the cord I received was not a right angle IEC connector like the picture here it was straight in, but in my case it did not matter as I left room behind the wall mounted TV for computer cables, so there was space for the straight out power plug. I just needed 2 extra feet when putting wiremold on the wall to clean things up - this did the trick.
