I purchased one of the last units from Amazon Prime. It was drop shipped to my front door with no issues. It's important to find an electrical contractor who knows what he is doing. My installation went OK I guess. I had to have an additional gas line ran to my house because the required gas flow rate is specified when the generator is at full load - You need to call the gas company and make sure you can get the required flow rate before you purchase. I purchase this generator because I have a dug out basement - which means sump pumps - which means you'll probably need electricity during a storm...

The unit runs every Monday morning at 9:00 am. I get emails letting me know when the status changes because I purchased the Wireless Remote Monitoring Mobile Link as an accessory.
