I purchased this locally in 2008 when Gustav came through Louisiana. We've used it several times over the years and cranked it up, when we knew Isaac was coming our way. Started on the 2nd pull and using gas 18 months old, with stabilizer. Good unit, runs my entire house through my manual control switch (installed by my electrition), excluding central air, stove, hot water heater, and dryer. Any questions, drop me an message.

Update May 29, 2013: My generator is still working well and cranks up great with the battery I put on it. Personally, I would check out the model below as well. Its cheaper and many more reviews. I'm thinking about selling my generator and picking up a newer unit.
