That 5 star review above must be from the company because I had a very different experience. The unit arrived on time, but in the worst shipping ever. the box was destroyed, blades sticking out of the box and damaged, and looks like it was sent around the world 15 times. not ups fault.. the packaging was crap.2nd.. the unit i received was clearly used. rust everywhere, dings and scratches, looks like it was repainted a few times. I am scared to see if it even works.
4th.. this is not a 800 watt unit.. that is blatant false advertising. The manual it comes with says its rated at 400 watts normal operation. 750 watts max in a tornado before it shuts off .. no 800 watts anywhere.
